All the information we collect from you will be for statistical and demographic purposes only. We will not give out your information or sell it to third parties or any other parties in or of this site. Further, we will not send you junk mail, chainletters, threats, or any other form of mail that you have not asked for. The only things you will recieve are things you explicitly asked for.
Note that the following is a list of what we ask for when applying to our community. If at any time you feel your privacy has been violated please contact a community representative immediately.

Name/Alias We require your name or alias in order to process your information. Your name is used on the members page to verify that you have "indeed" been enlisted as part of 1800's community. Your name is also listed under your site information so viewers will know who owns the site that they are viewing. We do not give out your name to third-parties for any reason valid or invalid.

Email Address Your email address is required to verify your application information. Once you have been accepted to the site you will be prompted by email from the community administrator to verify your application.
Your email is also posted under your website information for viewers to contact you directly. If for any reason you do not wish to have your email public make sure to state so in the "extra" portion of the application. No email address is given to third-parties for profit, slander or any reason valid or invalid.

Website You must give a proper link to your website in order to be enlisted in the community. If the link provided is invalid your application will be thrown out with no prior notice. Your website "title" and "url" are both used to attract viewers to your site. This information is shared with your consent by applying to the community. However we do not give out this address to others for profitiable reasons or slander against your site.
